In light of current water call in Idaho and high land evaluations in Utah and my current appraisals done on ranches here. l'm Looking to head your way for cheap land, the secrets out of the bag.

Going to trade my high headed Angus cows that have to be herded a horseback for a 4 wheeler and feed bucket and graze fescue.
