Subject: How to clear flood water from small engine


Windom, MN		Long story short, my 2” transfer pump with a Honda GX motor flooded. I took out the spark plug and the cylinder was full of water.

I cleaned the debris from around the motor, drained fluids, and pulled the start cord to try and clear the cylinder.

I haven’t put fresh gas or oil in it yet, before doing that is there anything else I should do?
