Subject: Replanting wet spots

With the drowned out areas in NW IA its finally getting close to dry enough to enter the field, I'd like to plant some forage sorghum where the corn was drowned out. Does a guy disk the areas up some first or drop in and plant as is? How deep for forage sorghum? The plan would be to chop it with the corn that's remaining for cattle feed.
