Subject: Attached garage heat source in northern climates

I’m building a deep 3 stall attached garage and am planning on insulating with 3” spray foam on the walls and blow in r 50 in the ceiling. We were planning on propane fired floor heat but not sure about the moisture in the air it creates when pulling in snow packed vehicles. My electrician and lumberyard man strongly recommend a hanging heater. My electrician went so far to tell me he’s seen the top and sides of the doors freeze together in extreme cold. What’s the best way to handle the moisture? Or would a hanging wall propane heater be my best bet. The slab and frost wall will also be insulated. 38’ deep 40’ wide 9’ ceiling
