Delta | I have a 4240 this happens on multiple times each year, seems to be when I really need it to work. I am on the latest software, can RDA, see the tractor in ops center, but have no file transfer or data sync. Why does this happen? I can have 100% cell service and still won’t work properly. I don’t know what to do next. In the past when I would update software it would fix it, but there is nothing to update to. What's causing the problem to begin with? Seems to be associated with marginal cell service, but then doesn't restore itself when back in good service.
