| I’m out of town this week and my son called and said he found this calf this way.. Any ideas what may have got it? It almost looks like a burn to me but wouldn’t think a lighting strike would survive. The first picture was mid morning and the second two are in the evening. My vet was wondering about vultures but hard for me to believe they’d get a calf that size.
