| After tidying up some gnarly and suspect crimp fittings.... funky oil pressure sensor operation was the result. - computer needs to see that oil pressure before it'll allow operation of PTO, 4wd, diff lock.
Found the schematic for this harness. If my limited schematic reading skills are right, I think there's supposed to be an inline 60 ohm resistor (which I may have inadvertently cut out)
Connector D, #11 is the pressure switch I'm dealing with. If I isolate that wire from both ends, I should be able to ohm that wire, to see if in fact it's resisted or not. If not, soldering in a 60 ohm resistor close to that switch is all I need to do.. correct? Are resistors directional, or installed either direction to flow?
