goodhue county,mn | i am knocking on the door of 60 years of age......i have older sisters.....no kids that i know of ,,,no wife....500 acre beef and crop farm ...many neices and nephews.....went last week to make out will or trust .....how would you guys do it......i only have 1 nephew that farms ...do i give him .....or give him a deal on a 4 million dollar farm ....ballpark price......what land is going for........what will the rest recieve ? i want to be fair...i dont have a ton of liquid assets .....mine is in cattle and equipment.....any opinions welcome | |
