Subject: RE: Vitamin d and prostate cancer

Pittsburg, Kansas

Wife and I take 5,000 of D3 and 100 of K2 (same pill). Used to just take them mostly in the winter and sporadically other times. Any more, we just take it year round. I got to thinking the K2 is as important for heart and circulation health as the D3 and together in one pill is cheaper than buying them separately, so just decided to take it year round.

It is a fat soluble vitamin so better to take it with some food with fat in it or the brand we now use is in some coconut oil to help absorption. Or so they say at least.

What we currently are taking. Not an endorsement, just what we are doing.
