Boy am I complacent. I thought this shingles shot was for first timers. I didn’t realize it is a booster of sorts. I had the first one and I don’t remember having any bad side effects. I guess I had better suck it up and get the second shot. Dad got shingles when he was 90. I didn’t think anything would take that man down even at 90 but shingles was the beginning of the end for him. He lived six more years but shingles ended the good life for him.
