Yesterday I finally got the buttons to light up and actually try to print something from the single paper slot. That grabs the paper. But when it goes through the motions of printing it stops and says it has a paper jam. It is not jammed.
I did purchase from a Best Buy store and will call them today. Otherwise the computer says the printer is ready to print and is on line. Still the sensor that tells the machine it has paper loaded must not be working. Who knows.
