I really like reading most of your posts on health.
Just had a colonoscopy and the fliers they gave me talked like I needed more fiber.
Diverticulosis, fliers say less red meat. Any studies about colon health that differs from standard practice?
Several small polyps, not too worried. 
Like the low carb diet plan, also meat diet.
