Townsend, Montana | I used to love my snacks as well. To get over that, just eat more fatty protein for breakfast. Eat a full pound of sausage plus a big omelette (eggs and cheese). If you leave out the carbs, you can feel "stuffed" without feeling bloated. Repeat for lunch. Eat until you are full as a tick and then you won't have the snack cravings.
After a week or two you get over the snacking habit and can back down to "normal" portions (a pound of fatty meat without the omelette) . At least in my experience.
