I don't know if it can help with all the problems it's promoted for. 
A couple years ago, my wife was bothered with sciatica pains. She was taking NSAID in the form of Aleve but it only helped as long as she took several pills / day. There are several dispensaries in LHC and we chose one. Very friendly and helpful staff there. I had been told that the CBD with THC was better, so that's what I asked for. We bought a small bottle of salve and after using it for a few days, the pain went away. I know; anecdotal evidence, so take it for what it's worth. My wife still has the mostly unused jar of salve because it has had no further need for use. 
Cost me $50 with vet's discount and the shop ate the sales tax.
