Manila, Ar | I knew a guy yrs ago, that according to the locals, was "shell shocked". He was a bad alcoholic and wore a suit, tie, and jacket everday, including summer. He'd beg for change to buy alcohol, and I always felt sorry for him, because everyone made fun of him. He was a WW2 vet, and without a doubt, he'd seen some terrible things during his tour of duty......I see these commercials for wounded warriors and others, and think how do these people deal with the disabilities of war.....I salute any and all veterans! | |
