Wife came up with this last night. Pretty good. Kind of like Tuna Salad. Low carb and no vegetable oil.
6 oz Smoked Kipper Snack (drained)
8 oz softened cream cheese
1/3 to 1/2 cup sour cream
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp Old Bay seasoning
1 tsp lemon juice
1/3 cup parmesan cheese
Blend ingredients till smooth with mixer. Serve with veggies or pork rinds to dip with.
