My daughter in law is  a dentist and she says Philips Sonicare is her brush of choice and does the best job.   I've had one for 5 years and my hygienist always comments on how clean my teeth are.  Sonicare takes a little getting used to because of the ultra high speed.

I've never tried an Oral B,  I don't doubt they are good.
