I was just going to say some similar. Most times we associated PTSD with war or some or sort of violent incident like witnessing an accident or being severely injured etc but if we are honest about it there are all sorts of trauma that can affect a person. Failed relationships can deeply affect some people, while others are unbothers, war can destroy a person while the next one handles it much better. Everyone is different. Having said that I think the PTSD diagnosis is a crutch for some folks.. I mean we are seeing people claim PTSD because someone else used the wrong pronouns.... seems like past generations were just tougher, and know how to handle and deal with adversity much better. Personally I struggle with some issues, issues that others would laugh at, but the fact remains that I still struggle to the point it affects my daily life,., but like others I wouldn't in any way claim to suffer from PTSD, I reserve that for much more serious problems that others suffer.
