Good tips for us all as we age. I know first hand at 68 I’m no where near has strong as I used to be. One reason for loss of strength is the older I get the less physical work I do. Last winter while in AZ. I joined Planet Fitness and would go 3 days a week for 90 minutes doing various exercises it really did make me feel better when done. I’m looking forward to doing it again this winter.
