I am not sure it is a type of protein that makes milk digestible or not.

Our experience was the neighbors that got sick on store milk got along fine with all our milk.
We had holstein Jersey, Guernsey, milking short horn,along with some crossed with various beef breeds.


There is a belief by some that lactose intolerance is really homogenization intolerance. On the basis chopped up fat globules pass intestinal membranes whereas whole fat (cream that rises to the top) passes in a normal digestion. This is one possible explanation of the raw milk advocates that here customers can drink their milk and not store milk.
