midwest | wondering if anybody has experienced this?
was on a blood pressure med that did not agree with me for TOO long, gave me anxiety and kept me in a fight or flight for a few months. many dr visits and test showed nothing wrong except feeling like being on deaths doorstep.
Finally, I stopped taking the med on my own (out of desperation, against dr orders) and within a couple days the insomnia went away and my super itchy toes which I would itch till the skin was coming off most evenings went away. I did not know the itchy toes was connected until they just happened to get better after stopping med. supposedly no way med could be the cause according to two drs.
My body pumped out cortisol like no tomorrow trying to fight it out with med and now feel very run down trying to get rebalanced. Ie: low ambition, which is completely out of character, but at least I can see this.
anybody with this sort of bad experience or advise to get back on track would be greatly appreciated.
