Maybe he or she should look into a mirror. Instead of the land owner or the new tenant. I got a farm to run not a daycare.
I'm with 4930 on this one.
The kids may think the current guy is paying under the market rent, but he really isn't because he tiled it in exchanged for lower rent over so many years. If I stuck significant permanent improvements into someone else's property, I'd be pretty upset if it would be a free for all before, I got my investment back out of it. |
