20 Miles West of Indianapolis Indiana | How do I manage the withdrawal headaches #1?
What are some suggestions to help wean off caffeine? I really like the idea of reducing it and weaning down. If i eventually get to the point of a cup of coffee each morning is that gonna do it? Or does it have to be nothing at all eventually?
I drink a fair amount of fluids a day, but I also drink caffeine 3X. Morning noon and late afternoon… if I drink caffeine past 6 or so I have trouble getting to sleep when I want to.
I drink pop (Dr pepper mostly), coffee, and spark (some powder deal my wife got me that has caffeine but vitamins too. She’s trying to get me to quit pop too). I love the taste of a fountain pop, but I think that’s the thing I need to cut out the most for the sugar.
Any thoughts on a plan that has worked for you?
