Got mine last march, very happy with price, service and how they work. In Ohio have to be a member to do anything. Have had both replaced, no charge, when they quit working. Not Costo's fault, yet replaced both, no charge. Can go back every quarter and they clean them, change the part in the ear and verify they are working good.
