| You should read up on the whole wheat berries if that wasn’t what you were using already when that happened. Flour that is shelf stable is missing like 30 nutrients found in fresh ground from berries. Some doctors I follow have concluded that when all that is removed bread that’s good for you becomes sugar as far as the body is concerned.
You may have already been doing that, but I was quite shocked. The doctors who a few years are were cutting bread entirely are now saying just mill your own and eat in moderation. Sour dough is next level on that.
So how do you get the hulls off your oats? I’d like to try some oat bread.
My allergies have went tremendously down since I went on a keto diet about 18 months ago. I’ve added bread back, but trying to limit it when we’re not at home with real bread. It extremely hard to eat on the go and get enough food when your off the bread. | |
