There sure could be something to it. But it may only work for the 5% of society. Similar to the 5 % of professionals who advocate for non traditional remedies. There is a reason accepted practices are followed by majority of professionals. Those accepted practices provide assistance to the majority of the population.


Or..........another possibility is they make the most money for the industry that promotes them.

Big food, pharma and the medical industrial complex have some other than altruistic reasons to engage in business.

My personal opinion is about 90% of the general population consuming a standard diet would benefit from reducing their sugar and carbohydrate consumption by about 2/3. From 300 grams or more carbs per day down to 100-120. But that is just my opinion based on what I think I have learned, subject to change as I learn more.
