Its a 2 way marketplace similar to air BnB. A guest has to signup through LandTrust to be able to book. In that signup process they indemnify the landowners from all liability. In that signup process they are also ID verified and their credit card is on file (that's how you get paid).
All the things any of us could offer to the public generally fall under agritourism. Most states have an agritourism clause written in there laws. A lot of farm insurance agencies have an agritourism rider now too.
So for instance, I'm in NC. Our state has an agritourism law, and for $259 bucks I carry a rider through Farm Bureau. I had all that before LandTrust just to protect myself.
