She needs to go to the sale barn for butcher but with calf prices it probably makes sense to wait until the calf is old enough to be at weaned. Putting her in with the herd might calm her down unless you think she is so crazy she will go through the fence.

Having a calf in a confined area that she cant get away from you and isn't by a lot of other cows to make her feel safe could be making her worse along with obvious cause of feeling protective of the calf/pregnancy hormones. Kind of like dogs that do act afraid of other dogs but get nervous when on a leash around others because they don't have the choice to leave if attacked.
