WCIN | My hoop is 50x64 built in 14 it’s set up similar to what your sketch is. 12ft feed alley and 14ft concrete scrape alley with the rest in lime pack floor. Went from buckets to self feeders this year rest is for hay.
I don’t mind the pack floor but would probably do concrete on a new one, I would not do another hoop and wish mine was wood.
It was $34,000 in 14 but I checked in 18 to add on, take it 80’ or 128’ was as much as I spent for 64’ to add the 32’ and double for 64’. I think you can do a Garvo better and cheaper
