I have to think so. The 16-pin end should be pinned out the same between the 115-4001-066 and 115-4001-102, since that is where it plugs into a SmarTrax tee cable. The difference between the two is out they pin out to go to the Cruizer II or Cruizer II RTK, respectively. The differences are in the port pin-outs between the two consoles.
