Subject: RE: NH3 Control Valve hunting

East Central, Nebraska
im not familiar with deere but raven controls interfacing any brand are pretty similar accross the board. i could be off but sounds maybe like a valve cal number to me do you possibly have a high speed valve installed and wrong number in or possibly a high speed number in and standard valve? is your speed staying smooth and consistent? by that i mean if you set a speed on the tractor and do not fluctuate is the gps speed staying steady?

i for the first time ran a deere tractor with an ivt this spring putting on nh3. the tractor kept surging in speed and the rate was all over the place.

when you look at the speed make sure your looking at display gps speed and not so much cornerpost speed. sounds more like a valve cal number being wrong or off to me though.

is this a new system or has been previously functional and recently quit working? if its a new system are you sure you configured it properly. once again on an ag leader system i have seen similar results telling the system it is a bypass system instead of an inline servo, pwm system.

just some ideas.
