Using the Raven Viper 4/4+ export in V 24.00 I get a ISOXML/TaskData as well as RxMaps folder with shapefiles. Product names need to be 10 characters or less. You are at 10 if that is exactly how you named it. I believe SMS will truncate it if they are too long also. Can you open the database of the shapefile export to see how the columns are named? If not, I can take a look at it for you. I'll take you up on the offer if what I figured out today doesn't work. I think I may have not have had my product moved to the export list in Add/Edit Setup Configuration. I'll find out tomorrow when the floater guy loads it again.
