I tried a couple millets and was never impressed, not huge yields and weed suppression was poor after first cutting.
I'm not sure how you had such low protein with your sorghum? I went to a one cut sorghum sudan from Albert lea sedhouse, gets 6-10' tall.
Was the 6.5% based on wet tonnage?
