| I warned a lady that was ultrasounding goats for a fee for this reason in KY about a year ago. She did some checking and was in fact not able to do it on her own. However, she was able to do it under the supervision of a licensed vet. Her vet didn’t have the time or the experience in doing it and was glad to write a letter of her working under him. Made her perfectly legal. Seems dumb that it’s required but a simple letter from a friendly vet who doesn’t want to make farm calls might’ve fixed the problem. | |
