It wouldn't work very well here unless the ground is wet. Otherwise the post will bend. I would like to try a vibratory driver. I've watched many sign posts put in with one. 1 guy will hold a level on the post and tell the other guy which way to lean it to make it straight. I have a shaver and my biggest problem is making the post go straight.
