These are summered on native grass so not a fescue thing.
I guess I should have been more clear that this is definitely a genetic defect and I'm looking for advice on what it's called so I can test for it.
Why are you calling it a genetic defect?
There are valid replies in this thread to the symptoms you described.
If it is a genetic defect, why can't you pull some dna samples and send off and have them test for all the known genetic defects?
If it is a genetic defect I think I would load up all of the suspected animals and sell why the market is still strong. Why keep any of those genetics around? |
