Short answer is no. Unless you pay for the subscription, the phone app doesn't do much. You need an ipad to look at all the maps and data for free. Without the paid subscription, you can't even see fields on the phone app. You can see it all with the ipad, but you have to sync it after each field or job, or when you power down the screen.
