NW IL | There are two main ways to send ag leader gps to 3rd party applications:
(1) via port B (or C) of the gps receiver.
(2) via the steering controller. There is a NMEA out cable option where you can get terrain compensated gps out of the steering controller.
In both cases you need to turn on and specify the gps settings.
What are you running for steering system? If you have no gps ports available from the 7500, you can pull gps out of the steering controller.
Are you running RTK and port B is now used for corrections? If this is the case you can get a 3 serial port cable for the 7500 and pull gps out of port C. The part number for the 3 serial port cable is 4006779-18.
