Might need to update SMS if it's not on the latest. Usually w/ SMS and new display models it takes a version or two for them to catch up to fully supporting it. 


But the G5 uses the same kind of software/files as the Gen4 so that's a bit odd but I agree w/ it being on the SMS end. Give their support a ring or email and they probably have something
