I'll be curious if you get this to work. I'm far from an expert on this as I'm learning myself but I see you are using a u-Blox F9P board. You are outputting what appears to be lot of extra RTCM messages. I don't think your FMX can handle the Beidou system for instance but you are including it in your stream.
