| I only paid $4300 for a 7000. Also, the 6000 is a fully capable receiver yet, so I would just take it unless you think you're going to get SF-RTK in the near future. To be fair, a 3000 receiver would work as well, and they can be found under $1000 now, but your chances of getting one that's starting to have little issues because of age, bad TCM for instance, are higher.
For Machine Sync and signal sharing, I'm not sure about combine to tractor hand off, but I do use a 7000 as an implement receiver and a 6000 RTK on the tractor. Works great! | |
