E ND | Bed it down well and calve everything out in the dry lot. Put up a creep gate so the calves can get away in a quiet corner. Move them out after they're 3-7 days old and sucking or put together trailer load batches and haul them out if you need to trailer them.
If your "dry lot" is actually a mud-lot with no roof and hard to keep dry, please disregard the above advice. Calving in mud would negate any benefits I would think. | |
