A hoof trimmer may be able to help her if one claw on each foot is healthy enough to apply a block. He can then cut away any loose horn from the corium and clean out any cracks in the hoof wall. The block will transfer weight to the healthy claw to promote faster healing.
I would guess long term healing will greatly depend on this animals will to live.
