It’ll probably heal better than you think right now. It may scar and form a stricture that becomes a problem later when she’s bigger.
Of course fecal consistency has a large bearing on whether that would ever be a problem. As long as she keeps a green pasture consistency manure then probably it will be possible to feed her until she could be slaughtered.
