Subject: Corn planting and drawn-planter drift. RTK or manually driven?

Fairfield County, Ohio, USA
We still haven't started planting corn this year for a variety of reasons. I'll shortly have a receiver that's RTK-enabled, but I've read all over the place that drawn planters will drift out of alignment with the tractor, and it'll be particularly bad on steeper terrain. Makes sense. We're running an Ag Leader InCommand 1200, so it doesn't have implement-GPS support.

My question is whether SteadySteer with RTK is still likely to do a better job than a human operator at keeping the lines as close to uniform as possible. We have row markers, and will probably use them, but I can't help but wonder which way is likely to be better.
