Seriously though, that should be doable. Wrap an rfid plastic tag around a metal bangs tag and put it in. The only issue I see is how does the metal underlying the rfid portion of the tag affect signal reading.
Edit to clarify: I'd think you could make a tag that has the rfid part encased in plastic around or just on the outer ear part of that metal bangs tag. (This idea is copyright and trademark protected by me) lol
