Central Coast, California | With my cows in pretty rough country I have better retention on eids than the metal clips. I do think most people don't put the eid deep enough into the ear.
What I don't get is how we are going to make obvious which cows have a bangs eid vs a sav eid without scanning individually going across borders. Of course we cross back and forth between Oregon and California each year and never have had our cattle checked. Just the papers. |
