Central il | 23 months old and we are booking a kill n chill date. They were bucket calves for a 4h project. We already processed one in February that we could not get to finish. That one made excellent ground beef and a few awesome roasts. Anyhow these are looking pretty good. The black one needs more finish but when the other one goes the black one will fall back all by himself.
Edit; I’m guessing they are 1600 +.
