North central TX | Looks like they've got decent rib cover developing, but almost no brisket fat and only minimal tailhead fat. I'd say they're gonna be shy of ready in July. Maybe September if the summer isn't to harsh and they stay on full feed. I've got 6 in the lot that are in about the same condition. Probably going to schedule them for last week in Sept. They'll be lighter than garvo likes to grow em, but about right for my customers and the lockers ability to handle comfortably. I'll see if I have time to grab some pictures tomorrow and post in here too.
