| There is a guy that has done a bunch of You Tube videos by the name of Trinity Vandenacre. Lots of subjects concerning ranching, interviews with ranchers across the west, etc. He did one with Mike Callicrate a week or so ago that is very interesting. Tells the story of how Mike went from a cattle feeder in St Francis Kansas, to a plantiff in the case of Pickett vs. IBP, to the owner of Ranch Foods Direct with his own plant in St. Francis and a retail store in Colorado Springs. He is one of the most interesting people I've ever met. | |
